On September 6, 2019, a Filipino customer sent an inquiry to us. After obtaining the customer’s dimensional drawings, we developed a plan for the customer, and the customer agreed to our plan at one time. After that, choose the color of the soft pack.

After paying the deposit on September 9, 2019, we started production of the product and completed production on September 16, 2019. After strict inspection by our quality inspectors, we send product pictures to customers.

The customer paid the final payment on September 18, 2019, and we shipped the product to the field address in the Philippines. Yes, customers use door-to-door terms.

The customer received the product on October 10, 2019, and the installation was completed on October 21.
